If you have the January blues one of the best ways to put a smile back on your face is by cooking yourself a delicious treat. There is something really pleasing and uplifting about char-grilling a decadent steak – whether you favour rib-eye or rump, the secret to success is a well-flavoured marinade and knowing how to cook it to your liking.  Because whilst we all know how we like our steak, but do we know the right marinades to bring out the best from our beef?

Former Masterchef winner Lisa Faulkner offers us two delicious marinade recipes which are perfect for serving alongside some stir fried vegetables this Chinese New Year. She has joined with Kikkoman Soy Sauce to create different marinades for different tastes, providing the perfect meal for all the family.
