On Saturday 25th June the British and Irish Lions will line up against the mighty All Blacks for the first in what promises to be a titanic three match series. But there will be just as much pressure on the thousands of fans, sweating it out in the UK. Watching live sport is not for the faint hearted!

According to a survey by SURE for Men, the average rugby player will sweat up to three litres (five pints) each hour during the game. The survey also revealed that the most nerve wracking, sweat inducing moment for fans was watching Jonny Wilkinsons drop goal to win the 2003 Rugby World Cup.

Jeremy Guscott, veteran of three Lions tours, and SURE for Mens Ambassador for the 2005 Lions Tour joins us to give some advice on how to keep those nerves in check on Friday 24th June from 1300 to 1400hrs.
